What to plan for
The REST API is served under /api/v1. Create a key in Console → Account → API Keys. The secret is shown once; store it securely and use the Authorization: Bearer header.
GET /api/v1/projects, /offers, /resources, /usage and /billing provide account data subject to key scopes. POST /api/v1/deployments uses a valid quote and project. All operations currently use mock infrastructure.
